วิญญาณของเราน้อมลงเพ่งดู
สง่าราศีพระเยซู
ที่นั่นเราอ่านเรื่ององค์ทรงชัย
บนโลกนี้ทรงทนอับอาย
พระเศียรพระองค์เต็มด้วยอับอาย
ชนชาวโลกกลับดีใจใหญ่
วันนี้ราศีสะท้อนบอกว่า
วันนั้นพระทัยเศร้าโศกา
พระองค์ถูกแขวนกางเขนเพื่อข้า
ถูกทิ้งเดียวดาย ไร้เมตตา
วันนี้สุชนร้องเพลงปรีดา
เสด็จสู่เบื้องพักตร์บิดา
ครั้งหนึ่งพระเจ้าไม่ทรงเหลียวดู
องค์ท่านไม่โต้แย้ง นิ่งอยู่
ปวงข้าได้เห็นพระพักตร์โศกา
บัดนี้เห็นราศีบิดา
นายผู้ประเสริฐทรงสนพระทัย
เราสรรเสริญไม่หยุดสืบไป
ขอให้ฟ้าดินเปล่งเสียงเชยชม
พระเมษโปดกทรงเหมาะสม
จิตใจเราเอ๋ย ควรลุกขึ้นมา
บัดนี้สรรเสริญพระบิดา
ร้องเพลงสรรเสริญ ยินดี รักใคร่
พระบิดา พระบุตร สืบไป
Gazing on the Lord in glory,
While our hearts in worship bow,
There we read the wondrous story
Of the cross its shame and woe.
Every mark of dark dishonor
Heaped upon the thorn-crowned brow,
All the depths of Thy hearts sorrow
Told in answring glory now.
On that cross, alone, forsaken,
Where no pityng eye was found;
Now, to Gods right hand exalted,
With Thy praise the heavens resound.
Did Thy God een then forsake Thee,
Hide His face from Thy deep need?
In Thy face once marred and smitten,
All His glory now we read.
Gazing on it we adore Thee,
Blessed, precious, holy Lord;
Thou, the Lamb, alone art worthy
This be earths and heavens accord.
Rise our hearts, and bless the Father,
Ceaseless song een here begun,
Endless praise and adoration
To the Father and the Son.

我們的靈伏著注視
在榮耀裡的耶穌，
我們在彼讀祂故事，
如何在世受羞辱。

你的聖首滿了羞辱，
世人竟然大歡暢；
今日榮耀反面說出：
當日你心的憂傷。

當你掛在十字架時，
孤單被棄無人憐；
眾聖今則向你唱詩，
你則高升到父前。
4
神曾不顧你的無告！
神曾離棄你不瞧！
我們從你憔悴面貌，
現今看見父榮耀。
5
寶貴的主！注視這個，
我們不禁要讚美；
但願天地同心唱和：
『神的羔羊，你是配。』
6
我們的心應當起來，
即今起來讚美父；
但願歌頌、歡呼、愛戴，
歸給父子到永古。
